Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 12-24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - please send us a message and be advised that we always work hard on sending out orders to ensure they get delivered faster.
We’ll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request and the order is not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for refund after the item arrives to your location if it's already been shipped out.

Where do you ship from?
Our products are made and shipped from the USA. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest warehouse, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
